Insurance Coverage

APTS is a preferred provider for most of the major insurance carriers in Texas including Medicare, Medicaid and Workers’ Compensation. Each insurance company has different coverage for physical therapy. There may be limitations, deductibles, or co-payments that must be met by the patient. Most managed care plans require prior authorization by your primary care physician. We will contact your insurance company before your treatment but advise you to do the same to be sure of your coverage for physical therapy services.

Motor Vehicle Accidents

Personal Injury Protection coverage may cover your medical bills that are a result of an accident. Consult your insurance company to determine if coverage is available.

Prior to your appointment, our billing specialists will verify your health insurance’s physical therapy benefits and discuss your coverage with you. Below is a list of some of the many health insurance plans which we accept. Please call us if you do not see your insurance listed because we are continually adding new health plans.
